Congratulations to our clients Habiba Investments and Abid Khutliwala, for obtaining a down-zoning from C-4 to C-3 for a 1.420 acre parcel east of the Piedmont Newnan Hospital Office Campus for construction and operation of a sleek, modern Popeyes restaurant- utilizing Popeyes' newest design for the first time in the state of Georgia. Abid is an experienced and successful restauranteur. The new Popeyes will be an asset to our community providing a sleek, modern gateway from Interstate 85 and providing a walkable restaurant for the employees and patients who work at and utilize at the Piedmont Newnan Hospital Campus.
